The sales lady told me to plan for 80 to 100K for that .. My total price is coming up to $1.75 for a ridgeview model

Yeah, I’m around there too for same

Oh cool are you getting the ridgeview also? If so. Which style? I am debating between Lexington and traditional

I have heard anywhere from 50K to 100K, depending.

I am interested in the Ridgeview model too, looking to add an extra garage, a multigenerational addition, the outdoor space and finish the basement. I was hoping this wouldn't get me over 250k. Can you please share your add ons that got you to 1.75 which is over 300k from the base price. Thank you so much

Yes I am getting the Lexington (maybe will change to traditional as brick looks more expensive to me )
Options are: extra garage, finished basement, grand multi gen, luxury outdoor, prep kitchen
Lot premium is huge also even with a stupid shape lol

Thanks for the response. Wait there is a lot premium too. They are really nickel and diming on this one. I wonder if all the lots have a premium

Also, I didn't think I saw the Lexington on any of the collections. Did I miss it?

I’m also curious if the design center costs are in addition to the price sheets provided (which include electrical and cabinetry)?

That will be a separate cost, at least from my experience.

I’m really flabbergasted by all these high costs at the design center and the options people are adding on—when we went through the process of a new build, no where near these add-ons. To each their own, but for anyone interested in the neighborhood but not wanting to spend as much as the numbers being thrown around on here, want to stress in no way do you have to spend anywhere close to 100k at a design center for a very pretty home. We spent 30k in design center upgrades on our own “luxury neighborhood” home when we built and, when we sold two years ago, had a cash offer two days after listing.

Seriously, to each their own, but folks shouldn’t feel priced out going off of these numbers.

Thanks...was your previous home a Toll Brothers? Wonder if design center prices vary significantly between builders. Per the pricing sheet provided, going to level 2 cabinets (bathroom, kitchen, powder room, laundry) is 15k alone, so once you tack on floors, countertops etc, I don’t see how it could be around 30k. I really like the neighborhood, but don’t think I can afford this as it’s adding up fast.

yeah, the add-ons add up really quickly. We want a multigenerational room added and that is probably around 40k, an extra garage which will add another $20k, full basement which could add another $70k and outdoor area which is probably around 40k. This does not even include the design center stuff. My friend built with Toll somewhere else and she definitely spent another 200k to get what she wanted and it wasn't the super luxurious stuff.

She spent 200k at the design center or design plus structural upgrades?

Design plus structural upgrades, full basement, additional garage and multigenerational addition were the ones I noticed

Does anyone know when they'll open tours for "VIP" again? I got on the list too late and after they closed unfortunately. Also would appreciate taking an appointment for anyone who has one lined up and is no longer interested.

They said mid November they would send another email. Just curious, did you just learn about this community (since you hadn’t previously signed up for the VIP list), or did something else make you interested at this point?

For the windmill collection, do you have a side entry garage option? Based on the interactive site plan it doesn’t appear so but the floorplan shows it.
