There is no settlement, she CHEATED and they have proof but are not further disclosing to save face for her. The initial outcry against CB is why they are agreeing to look at policies to ensure that there is no inherent bias of the process in general as several parties made valid points about raising scores. But there is absolutely no way that the attorney and girl that went to public in first place and did not get their score reinstated and is trying to now hide from the publicity is getting a settlement. Exactly. CB is only looking at improving the timing of informing potential "cheaters" that their score was cancelled. I have to agree the timing of waiting months and months to inform students must change. But no question she cheated.

In addition, if both students have taken the test before, they will look at previous scores and see whether one has a big jump in score and the other is in generally in the same neighborhood. They’ve been doing this a long time so they know the signs to look for.

They admitted that their process was flawed.

She is getting free college and ten some. Better than a judge or jury would give her.

It's about time the college board realized what a mess they are.

These imbeciles don’t understand that they use predictive analytic models based on data from hundreds of thousands of tests to identify suspicious outcomes. It isn’t arbitrary and it is highly likely that it’s correct.
