They never issued apology and will not reinstate her score. Her attorney went public that he dropped the case. There is no settlement, she CHEATED and they have proof but are not further disclosing to save face for her. The initial outcry against CB is why they are agreeing to look at policies to ensure that there is no inherent bias of the process in general as several parties made valid points about raising scores. But there is absolutely no way that the attorney and girl that went to public in first place and did not get their score reinstated and is trying to now hide from the publicity is getting a settlement. Please, she tried to be opportunistic and got caught AGAIN. Shame on you all that are still defending her. Find a victim worthy of your sympathy.
