Honestly those billboards are going to be counterproductive. They will be taken as foreign propaganda and used to justify further punishment of Canada.

Literally no one except Trump himself thinks Canada needs to be punished! Punished for WHAT? Being our best friend in the world? Sending firefighters to help us with the California wildfires? What in the WORLD are they doing that justifies what Trump is doing right now?! Can you answer that question because I can't!

Oh I agree with you. Canada is blameless. But to MAGA every foreign country is an adversary.

Except Russia, that's just a left-wing hoax.

Wait I thought the tariffs were supposed to be better for American manufacturers?

Good point he makes in the video. Where are all these magical factory workers? Remember the factory owner in Ohio who said he likes the Haitians because they were dependable workers.

It would be one thing if the felon was inspiring people to build America, we can do this. Learn math, learn skills, we’ll be the best educated. But, it’s all bluster with no plan.

And the government is going to add on to that tab.

In addition, some of that falling stock could also be because of Trump basically telling auto workers they’re stupid, then his shilling for Tesla to the detriment of other companies.

people need to understand, even when Trump leaves office, whether in a year or a decade, you don't just call "backs" and everything returns to the way it is currently. It will take years to undo this.

Canadian here. I will take at least a generation. Nobody in my or my children's generation will trust the US again.

The European Union voted on Friday to pave the way for tariffs of up to 35.3% on electric vehicles imported from China, a move that might set the stage for a protracted trade war with the Asian giant.

The vote comes after a year-long anti-subsidy investigation by the European Commission, which proposed the tariffs to counter what it sees as unfair Chinese subsidies.

This isn't the troll you think it is. No one is saying TARGETED tariffs are bad. We are saying BLANKET tariffs are bad, which is what Donald is proposing.

I think Trump get confused and overwhelmed by nuance so it’s very tiring to make distinctions and make sound decisions. Easier just to lump all things together. Doge follows the same plan.

I hope you feel sorry for those of us who eventually try to escape Gilead and take us in as refugees.

If these tariffs are so bad why didn't Biden cancel them when he came into office?

Why didn't Pelosi hold a vote to cancel them?

You’re a grade one idiot. I’m not usually mean on these threads, but take 5 minutes to understand what your president is doing that’s different before you opine.

Biden did not destroy the relationship with Canada, Mexico, Denmark, the EU, South Korea, Japan, the UK, and Australia with tariffs and threats of annexation.
