2.) if Collin wants to go into the military, Collin would give them access to his info/reports (not the tabloid info, that doesn't matter, of course)

3.) not sure that I would trust Kate as a source of 100% truthful information, not do I think that either Kate or John are exemplary parents

4.) Agree that Collin was a kid, and should be given a chance, and that maybe Kate is trying to make Collin's behavior sound worse than it is, for her own benefit

5.) any police response would have seen it as a domestic matter (no arrests)

6.) Kate's institutionalizing Collin may have been "because she could" - he was a minor, any "abuse" report/s would be under investigation, and he would have to be taken from the home during the investigation (so he is safe)

7) I hope you all realize that Kate has a propensity for drama
