Durban doesn’t mention the Jan 6th people at all.

No one cares about your seditionist identity politics. Either you embrace prison reform for all or you just want special treatment.

Again, without a mention of ‘for all’ I have no idea if it’s ‘for all’

The BOP director oversees all federal prisoners, sweetie.

Is this the same guy who let Epstein kill himself on his watch in a federal prison?

Ah that's just Enrique Tarrio being upset because the lighting is poor and doesn't let him apply his eyeliner correctly. He has spend a lot of time working on his poses for the media and the dc jail isn't cutting it for him.

No. Barr picked him after that.

Still too broad. These people are being abused for political reasons. Specifically

Most are being held for misdemeanors. In solitary.

No, they are being held for breaking the law. Unless you think it is ok to stage an insurrection in a failed coup.

IG seems to think the DC National Guard was told it could deploy--contrary to Commander's testimony. ...

Why didn't the "powers that be" want protection on Capitol Hill? Capitol Police, DC Mayor, Pelosi, et. al.

LOL the command was given from the Pentagon at 4:35pm to deploy to the Capitol. Too little, too late.

Nope. They’re being held awaiting trial like anybody else.
“It’s a common refrain from some of those charged in the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol and their Republican allies: The Justice Department is treating them harshly because of their political views while those arrested during last year’s protests over racial injustice were given leniency.

Court records tell a different story.”

It’s incredibly disappointing that the corporate media obediently pushed the lie that all the GOP voters needed was a little appeasement.

Actually some are being held in solitary. And the reason? It's for their own protection because in these cases, it is feared that these prisoners would be at high risk in the general community for their actions. If they were in the general population, it is suspected that many of them would not survive to their trials.

And Walker said it was at 4:38. OMG. That IG report was such bunk. Classic military CYA.
