So, QAnon Shaman/Jake Angeli/Jacob Chansley has been sentenced to 41 months in prison for his part in inciting the attack on the Capitol. Prosecutors had asked for 51 months. Defense had asked for time served (he has been imprisoned for 10 months since January). The judge gave some leniency for contrition and remorse shown by his guilty plea and his behavior since incarceration. It matches the most severe penalty to date of the 675 cases so far related to the January 6th attack.
