I have nothing but regret for allowing my 16-year-old DD to get this vaccine. She had menstrual bleeding for 9 weeks. Serious question: what has been the rate of pregnancy in the last 6 nonths. Any change? I'm worried.

Wow I am so sorry for your DD, that sucks. TBH no data on the effects of fertility has kept me from insisting my teen DD get the vaccine. And before anyone even tries - The vaccine has not been around and widely available for a whole year yet so no, there is no possible way they have definitive info on this.

Wow.
So sorry. I would also be so upset if my teen experienced this. I hope this resolves for her, and that maybe we will have some

I think it is much much more likely any cycle irregularities are due to stress or something else and not the vaccine directly. On any given month thousands of women have “irregular” periods even though they are typically regular. This is super common and can be from so many things, the vast majority being totally benign.

If it happened to you, you’d know that something was up.
I’ve never had any irregularity and right after the shot, I skipped two periods and rest have been odd.
My on/gyn said it’s likely the shot.

Same. I’m fine with it, it doesn’t particularly bother me, but it’s not like post vax was the first time I’ve ever experienced stress ever and yet my cycle has only been disrupted since then. I assume eventually it’ll even out.

I haven't had my period since the first shot that I took in April.

+ haven’t had a cycle since 2nd shot in spring . Also have had ear issues - fullness almost like ear infection, ringing every day for hours. That’s what’s irritating. I would still do the shot but hope the ear issues resolves itself.

I love not having my period but I have the ear ringing. I also had dizziness for months after my second shot. There is NO way I will take a booster shot after the second one. I could barely get out of bed, couldn't drive and my husband worried about leaving me home alone as it was terrible.
