Covid vaccine and menstruation

I want to make very clear that I am 100% pro vaccine, i got my booster shot a few weeks ago, and I caught Covid over the holiday.

My last period was 15 days ago and I just went to the bathroom and it looks like I have my period again. My husband wants me to go to the gynecologist and make sure I’m OK he is very concerned. I am mostly annoyed because periods suck, but I am a little concerned that they are coming so frequently. I really would like Pfizer, the FDA or the CDC to address this And if they have studies to at least let women know this is a potential side effect. I hope my period regulates.

I'm experiencing it the same thing too but it only started after the booster. It's very weird. I'm early 40s and you could set your calendar by my cycles previously. Still very glad for the booster because I had Omicron last week along with my unvaccinated neighbor and I fared MUCH better than she did.

I wonder if Covid itself can change a woman’s periods. Since having Covid last year my cycles are 23/25 days. 27 every few months if I’m lucky. It used to be 28/29 days like clockwork. I’m 36.
