He asked the Senate to find and release the complaint. He knows it wouldn't be in his papers at U-Del, that is not the nature of those archives. He has been forthcoming and appeared on the national media to discuss it. There is really nothing else he can do. If there were other witnesses, they would be speaking up now. There aren't.
