Ask the Duke lacrosse team.

Or the UVA fraternity members.

The "well she has nothing to gain so obvously she's being truthful" trope needs to end NOW. What did Jackie from UVA have to gain from concoting the RS story? Nothing. Some people are just mentally ill.

Are there any accusers you believe? Or do you always default to the outliers?

Well, I'm amazed that some people think every single woman's version is correct, and the man's is incorrect.

You need to go back to high school to get your reading comprehension skills up at least to a 10th grade level.

No one here said they believe every single woman's story. Find and quote it, will ya Boris?

This particular woman, however, sounds very credible.

If she's not telling the truth, the American people can judge for themselves by putting her in front of the Judiciary Committee and letting them grill her.

Jeff Flake is suggesting a pause.

So, you're equating Roy Moore and Brett Kavanaugh?

Is she charging him?

You appear to have not read the above bolded statement.

So that would suggest that PP thinks Kavanugh is guilty as all get up.

He'll backtrack, just like he did on the tax bill last September.

Oh, that's good!!

Yes, she's mentally ill, so she concocted this story, which she put forth anonymously, because she's mentally ill. But then she, being mentally ill, changed her mind and decided to go public with an accusation that will incite people like you, Natasha, to accuse her of being mentally ill!! Sounds like something a mentally ill person would do!!

She believes she endured a sexual assault. I feel for her. But I don’t believe her version of events is true.

Unlike her, I actually was raped by an acquaintance at a party. And I was scared shitless, but I never thought for a second that the guy was going to kill me. I do understand that their are situations in which one would justiably fear for their life (like if one were being raped at gun point). But in her set of facts, I don’t see how a rational person would fear for her life. She sounds a bit delusional.

Have you ever had a guy pin you down and cover your mouth with his hand? Human nature is to panic and fear that you might suffocate.

Question: Can this go to a vote if Judiciary votes no?

Why isn't she pressing charges??

She can't press charges. The statute of limitations has passed.

She might be able to pursue a civil suit for damages, but I'm not a lawyer, so don't know. Anyone know?

The GOP probably knew about this over the summer when the whole "sen feinstein hired a chinese spy" think broke.
