Exactly. I can tell you mine happened in July before my 14th birthday in September. I could easily do the math and get a year. In San Jose, a townhome. I can tell you what the room(s) looked like and the expression of disgust towards ME his WIFE threw when he was bagged pushing me against a wall rubbing his erect member on me. Then she walked out of the room - did not help me.

She must've been drunk herself or she would remember more details - she's holding back on something(s) and there's a reason for it.

Just because you remember doesn’t mean everyone can. I know what happened to me in college took place junior or senior year, but I couldn’t be more specific than that. That doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

For me as well.

When you're accusing someone of attempted rape and almost smothering you, these types of facts matter.

Big time.

My friend was roofied and gang-raped. She can tell you the exact date and year, for God's sake!

GOOD FOR HER. NOT EVERYONE CAN AND THERE ARE MANY POSSIBLE REASONS WHY.

Christ it’s not that hard. It’s plausible and even common that people don’t recall a date/time, know where they were, etc.

And how will that hold up in court, hmmm? It won't. But you can certainly destroy someone in the court of public opinion now can't you.

How many people here have said "the bring back Garland and confirm him" THAT RIGHT THERE is the motive. This is a sick attack that has become one of the left's best in their bag of attacks. It's disgusting and wrong. The woman is a Bernie-Bro and dem activist, the lawyer representing her is a dem activist. The writing is on the wall.

Why do you not remember if it was so traumatic? Drunk? Stoned?

in some cases, it's denial - trying to forget it ever happened, until something happens to bring the whole sordid scene back again.

So the only thing she remembers for sure is that this stranger she never met before and never again is definitely Brett Kavanaugh, the supreme court nominee.

She is not credible.

She probably asked her friends who the guys were.

It would be nice if RWNJs actually read the facts in actual media outlets. Not Breitbart or whatever tragedy against journalism they find their news from.

Make sure you contact your senator so that they know you want public hearings!

EXACTLY!

DO NOT TRY to ASSAULT WOMEN and YOU WOULD NEVER BE ACCUSED!!!

Tell that to the Duke lacrosse team. Tell that to the UVA accused.

TELL THAT TO THE MIILIONS OF MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE SEXUALLY ASSAULTED AND RAPED AND CARRY THAT TRAUMA QUIETLY AND FOREVER.

That doesn't mean that men aren't falsely accused, nor does it give you the right to do so. Innocent until proven guilty.

Again no such evidence.

She doesn't remember the year, house, how she got home ... but the boy must have been Brett Kavanaugh.

Looks like Republicans don't want Kavanaugh's accuser to speak on camera. I guess the optics of the all-male delegation from the GOP on the Judiciary committee will look bad.

The Ford allegations have raised stark parallels to the harassment claims made in 1991 by Anita Hill shortly before the scheduled vote on Clarence Thomas’ nomination.

Hill’s gripping public testimony set a potentially dangerous precedent for Trump – though Trump allies said they were confident that if Ford speaks to the committee, it would be in a closed session.

Women attacking women on the right way to experience being raped/assaulted.

Now I've seen everything.

Anonymous wrote: Kavanaugh Loses Support From 63 Out Of 65 Women Who Vouched For Him

Following news that Christine Blasey Ford had accused SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh of physically assaulting her in an attempted rape during a college party in the 1980s, 65 women came forward to sign a pledge in support of Kavanaugh’s character. Now, Ford has provided lie detector results administered by a former FBI agent which appears to verify her story.

It only took a few short days but 63 of the 65 women who initially signed the pledge have backed away from their support of Kavanaugh.

Um, source?

Um, click on the bolded text.

I’m, real source? That (partisan) source provides no documentation. And I’m in the “he should withdraw “ camp.

W

The article states the source is from Politico and provides a link to the original story.

And the Politico story says no such thing, only that most didn’t respond to messages.

Yes it does, although the story has been updated since the article was posted. The updated version says five women responded affirmatively. Ergo, 60 have not because they may not support him any longer.

Ergo, we don't know what the others think until they respond.

Nice detective work. The article itself says they *may* not support him, that they definitely don't support him, any longer.

DP, you are confused, that is the standard in a court of law for due process. This is the court of public opinion. Kavanaugh does not have a RIGHT to be on the bench, just the privilege.

You are surprised that the strongest memory is of the assailant? Does your brain function?

+1 completely shameful. The gaslighting on this thread is horrible. For those reliving their assault experiences, I am sorry.

Men are falsely accused of rape at about the same rate as they’re falsely accused of car theft, robbery, assault, etc. It’s MRA nonsense that there are legions of women out for fame and money and ruining innnocent men’s lives.

I haven’t accused anyone of rape - nice attempt at accusing me of a crime. You haven’t read the Washington Post article, clearly. If you want her answers, tell your senators you want public hearings.

The Post’s Josh Dawsey is reporting that there will be a public hearing next week.

And someone else at the Post dug up Mark Judge’s memoirs and read them.
