Cavs will not field a 2025 team. Their best players defected to other teams, and only a handful of second-rate players tried out.

You sound frustrated and I don't blame you if your son was excited to be on that team. Fortunately there are a lot of options. If anything the market is saturated with travel teams. Not sure what it accomplishes to denigrate the boys who tried out.

Are every parent in the Cavs program A'holes? Seems like every time we see/play them there is that "one guy".

Know the rules of the game before you start badmouthing the refs and telling your team to commit penalties and retaliate.

My son was on Cavs two years ago, and there was none of that among our team parents.

Not fair to tar a whole program, because 98% of the families in most programs are class acts. But the 2026 team did have one parent who was a tool box at every game and gave that team a bad look. I don’t know if that parent is still part of Cavs or not.

I heard from one of the coaches that King Crab is shopping his club around to some of the Private Equity firms. Any truth to this?
