How old were you when you broke six figures?

An interesting tangent - if you made six figures at an early age, did you continue to make six figures for all of the following years, or did you have some salary reductions/time of the workforce?

Never going to happen for me. My career has been in a low-paying, dying area of publishing. My oldest child broke six figures while still in his twenties. He's in IT.

Could you try something different, rather than remain stuck in publishing if you think it's a dying area?
