War with Iran Part II

I see it was indeed TACO Tuesday, which I stated would happen yesterday morning.

Trump is, at the end, predictable. He blusters, throws his considerable weight around (literally and figuratively), then in the end, backs off because, thankfully, people, other than the R politicians, stand up to bullies. I hate bullies with a passion.

I am a former R and have always believed in strong foreign policy and supported Israel. I stopped supporting Israel years ago when they kept bullying the Palestinian people. Trump's foreign policy is an unmitigated disaster, both in his first administration and the current one.

WTF happened to the R party? Hegseth.. really? Rs are so pathetic.

The Countdown until Pete Hegseath is fired has begun. How many days should we set the timer at?

This is all an unmitigated disaster for US foreign policy. Trump has managed to serve his masters in Russia and China with aplomb and the US will likely never recover from it.

But hey, MAGA is happy, right?

MAGA - Trump is earning the US billions!! Trump is 4D chess God!!
Republicans - More tax cuts!
Reality - Rising costs for most of the US and around the world.

Trump went from the elimination of a civilization to "business partner" overnight.

Bibi's decision to start this war was the unmitigated disaster.

Considering that baseline this is a good outcome.

Yeah, it’s (again) like 1984. We’ve always been an ally of Eastasia. Or Oceania. Or maybe we’ve always been at war with them. I guess we just need Trump to tell us, day by day.

UST IN: 🇺🇸 Trump administration tells Israel it will demand Iran remove its nuclear material, end uranium enrichment, and eliminate its ballistic missile threat during two-week negotiations.

Trump isn't going to touch this stove again. He's gotten out and is going to call it a win no matter what.

Praying you are right!

Anonymous wrote:OP,

Trump has always backed out. He backed out repeatedly on tariffs, which caused endless havoc for millions of businesses around the world. A lot of small businesses had to close. He's been even more erratic with his announcements about his intentions in Iran.

He will not destroy Iran tonight. He might bomb them more intensely than previously. He will not use nuclear weapons.

He is very obviously in dementia and has lost a lot of capacity for long term planning. He acts on impulse and only sees short term results. He cannot understand long term consequences.

We must all push for removal from office in any way possible.

Are you a physician? Better question - are you Trump’s physician?

Oh, so suddenly we don't get to be armchair physicians? Like MAGA did with Biden? GTFOH.

Also, anyone with half a brain can see Trump's not all there. Both my FIL and mother had/have dementia.

And the world is safer and better under "sleepy joe" than "demented donnie".

IRANIAN NAVY: “.. You must receive permission from Iranian Sepah navy for passing through the strait. If any vessel tries to transit without permission, will be destroyed.”

I thought the iranian Navy was destroyed?
