Tech bros with no political experience have not been vetted as intensely as politicians. As his past is scrutinized, there will be suggestions of self-dealing, insider trading, fraud, etc. because that’s how fortunes are made.

all rich people are crooks? is that like saying all poor people are lazy? grow up.

DP but that’s not what she said. And yes, getting extreme wealth often takes doing at least questionable things. Most super wealthy didn’t make their money by inventing or creating something, they did it by taking advantage of other people.

I mean, it would be so bad for the Dems if Biden had to debate an opponent over 40 years younger than him who is a way wayyyyyyy better public speaker with more intelligence. The dems would have to call in the police for elderly abuse. Vivek would absolutely obliterate Biden on stage.

Who writes and thinks like this? This reads like it was written be a meathead moron keyboard warrior. It's a bunch of macho crap that may work for the insecure male, but it's laughable.

One thing people don't like to admit with Trump is that his macho bullying and posturing worked because he's white. He also has no class. He didn't have to fake that and it's one thing that actually resonated with poor whites and aggrieved whites. Considering the aggrieved whites will see the kid that went to TJ instead of their kid and the poor whites won't identify with Ramaswamy at all, I don't think he has a shot.

Wow, I think you win progressive bingo in a single post! In only a few words, you were able to include "whites", "males", "aggrieved whites", and insecurity... I'm so woke now I don't even need a triple espresso to make up this morning.

Loooove to see Vivek vs Joey. An 85 year old senile bat getting abused in a debate by a 38 year old in his prime who is max lucid and quick witted with a razor tongue. They'd have to hide Biden from the embarrassment.

+1

No skin off my back. You clowns keep losing elections, so keep going.

Read up on this guy. His superpower is that he is a very persuasive hedge fund guy who can convince a bunch of other hedge fund guys and venture capitalists and institutional investors to give him piles of money for his pharmaceutical firms that mostly bought patents of drugs that had failed clinical trials from the big pharma corporations and convincing the investors that his team of geniuses could fix them. Then when they failed the trials again a lot of investors lost a lot of money but his investment was structure so that he still made hundreds of millions of dollars.

Here is your sociopathic genius at work in 2018:
https://www.biopharmadive.com/news/ramaswamy-has-no-regrets-about-axovant/517020/

…Axovant Sciences focuses on neuroscience and has been a Wall Street darling, bringing in $315 million in its initial public offering. The company promised to bring a disease-modifying therapy for Alzheimer’s disease to market by developing a discarded asset from GlaxoSmithKline plc.

…While the company rode that momentum to a 52-week high near $30 per share, all came crashing down in September when Axovant announced that intepirdine failed in a late-stage trial. That failure was compounded in January when the company chose to abandon the asset altogether.

…Shares of Axovant approached the $1 per share mark when Hung abruptly exited this week.

…Despite the major rise and fall of Axovant, Ramaswamy did not seem deterred, and continues to firmly believe in the mission of his family of companies.

Ah so he’s a Trump-style business genius. One has to wonder if he has the same degree of sexual violence against women, too.

He doesn’t really want to win. He wants to be famous. He has a different grift in mind.

Did you see him on Bill Maher’s podcast last week?

Just like Trump. No interest in the job at all. Just looking for power and protection while he grifts.

This is what happens to ANY Republican who rises in the ranks.... the media attacks. In desperate ways.

In Vivek's defense, he does seem like a pretty dim bulb when it comes to history, political science, and foreign policy, so maybe he just didn't know any better.

We have another terminal masters bureaucrat patting themselves on the back for how smart they think they are. Cope!

Come on now,
You know this guy's not serious. He saw how all the clowns in Trump's train landed with cushy jobs spouting right wing nonsense.

As an Indian, I have to admit he is typical in one way. He saw a job opportunity that could last his whole life and went for it with all his energy. Really, what other job would he be good for anyway?

He's rich. He doesn't need some lobbying or tv job.

Rich isn't enough for this guy.
He wants power.
