Who cares? Same criminal behavior combined with mendacity, to paraphrase Cornell West.
Time to center again |
Your argument is that instead of expecting the city to enforce the laws passed by our legislators, we should all move? |

“And yet day after day these menaces to society rev on past all of the police to face zero consequences. It makes me wonder why I pay my tickets. It makes me wonder why anyone follows any laws.”
Exactly |
It’s actually very different. It is a different jurisdiction and different type of vehicle. ATVs and Dirt Bikes operated on street in DC are difficult to regulate due to categorization loopholes with motorized/electric bicycles and policies against police chases. Laws and policies in Maryland are different and these are motor vehicles in any case. General public anti-social behavior across the DMV is a totally different topic. |

On Bill Maher last night, a guest talked about visiting DC and his casual observations. Well worth a watch. The guy said — this is not normal. It is not normal everywhere else. Stop normalizing the madness. For what? Who gains?
Other than the self-hating race-bater who lurks on and scats all over the Met DC boards without a single original thought |
This again? It’s the lack of enforcement. So easy to fix. You won’t like it. |
I don’t have an argument. I am giving you your choices, because anonymously complaining online doesn’t seem to be effective. But if you want to keep doing it, go for it. |

I would have never voted for this guy before the 21-22 deterioration of life in DC. I marvel at what lack of any regard for law abiding citizens will do to one’s beliefs. If I were in Ward 1 (oh, we all moved to Ward 2 and 3 despite our best intentions), I would now not hesitate to cast this vote.
