Prince?

He's a danger to others. We saw the video.

Well, he'll be back in the streets soon.

That's discouraging.I guess it is a miracle he was not acquitted of all the charges.

States like New York are very liberal and lenient. It is a travesty that he is getting off so lightly. Wish a different mix of jurors heard the case.

In this case if the jury had been liberal he would have been convicted of trafficking via coercion. The prosecution's argument was literally, if he is mean to them or abusing him, that's coercion, but also, if he was good to them, that was love bombing, and therefore coercion. If he asked them to do things they didn't want to do, that was coercion, but also if they were enthusiastically consenting, that was because they were coerced into behaving in the way they knew he wanted. They even had an expert testify to explain to the jury, essentially, what they were supposed to think, all rooted in feminist theory. I'm surprised they saw through it all.

I disagree. A conservative group of women would have been appalled at his behavior and crimes.

Conservative women don't believe in Me Too and think men will be men. They voted for a rapist and see nothing wrong with it.

Like they were apalled by Trump's crimes and opening discussing "Grabbing women by the Pu$$Y?"

This is concerning if this is correct. The jury spoke. The judge should not be acting out of what is standard for similarly convicted. I would immediately be asking what first time offenders for this charge are denied bail after already serving 10 months. Why also did the judge ask Diddy if he rather not go back to the jail after the decisions were read. Something does not look right. Hopefully his lawyers are on this.

Judge: And we'll hold a hearing on the afternoon of July 8.
Combs' Agnifilo: Your Honor has a lot of information from presiding over the trial. We want the sentencing as soon as possible. Other Mann Act cases, there nothing remotely similar to this.

Combs' Agnifilo: Then there was the Emperor's Club case of the former governor of New York... We understand this is moving quickly. The issue for us is, if we'd had more time, we could have shown extraordinary circumstances
Judge: You concede violence in your closing. Whether that's relevant to sentencing is not for today. But it can be considered on a bail application.
Combs' Agnifilo: In June 2024, there's an argument that Mr. Combs was defending himself. Mr. Combs tried to get into a batterer's program in New York, the jury never heard that - then he got arrested. All these months later, here we are. The same drive to meet the head on, like the self respecting businessman he is.
Combs' Agnifilo: He's been a model prisoner. There have been no issues. He's going to have next chapters of his life. When you're charged with racketeering, you have dark talks. When I was reading the Mia message for his birthday, I had a heard time doing it.
Combs' Agnifilo: His children are here. His two daughters, there in the middle of the second row, they no longer have a living mother. Here, the user of prostitution services has been convicted under the Mann Act. He was acquitted of violence for sex trafficking.
Combs' Agnifilo: He wants to talk to you. Let me check.
Judge: OK, check. Ms. Comey?
AUSA Comey: His brazenness is almost unmatched. The suggest it was self-defense is insulting. He slapped her in the shoulder. He had drugs in his NYC hotel room, he invited Jane
Combs' Agnifilo: We could craft conditions. Would the Court be open to us putting together a bail package? I am happy to do so
Judge: The bail application is denied. We'll receive hopefully a joint proposal on expedited sentencing, on Tuesday, and a hearing 2 pm

Yes, this is true. People are walking around making up their minds that Diddy is 100% guilty of all charges even though a jury decided that he wasn't. Very similar to the OJ situation were people had already made up their minds about his guilt even though he was found not guilty in a criminal court.

And look at how OJ ended up. I wonder if a similar fate for Diddy?

Lol I love how Agnifilo always makes him sound like such a model citizen. Everyone should have an advocate like this. At some point during the trial he said Diddy was doing DEI before it was a thing.

OJ ended up dying at an average age of 76 surrounded by his family.

He’ll be freed on Tuesday. Time served. Then Trump will quickly give him a pardon to wipe this all from his record.

The judge was ready to give him another 3 months just to wait for the hearing. I expect he gives the max he can.

Disgusting how people are pouring baby oil over themselves and celebrating in the streets. Since Cassie was brave enough to come forward, more than 70 sexual assault cases, most of which were young performers who auditioned for him, have filed cases citing being drugged and sexually asaulted. How can they celebrate this monster? He was not acquitted of raping women, he was found not guilty of RICO charges.
