This is concerning if this is correct. The jury spoke. The judge should not be acting out of what is standard for similarly convicted. I would immediately be asking what first time offenders for this charge are denied bail after already serving 10 months. Why also did the judge ask Diddy if he rather not go back to the jail after the decisions were read. Something does not look right. Hopefully his lawyers are on this.[/quote]
