Sean “Diddy” Combs accused of gang rape of teen girl in new lawsuit

Since Cassie was brave enough to come forward, more than 70 sexual assault cases, most of which were young performers who auditioned for him, have filed cases citing being drugged and sexually asaulted. How can they celebrate this monster? He was not acquitted of raping women, he was found not guilty of RICO charges.

These are the kind of things he should be prosecuted for.

Agreed.

The judge refused to release Combs prior to sentencing citing the defense’s acknowledgments that Combs has a history of violence. Hopefully Combs’ violent history will persuade the judge to give Combs a long sentence.

Yes, this is true. People are walking around making up their minds that Diddy is 100% guilty of all charges even though a jury decided that he wasn't. Very similar to the OJ situation were people had already made up their minds about his guilt even though he was found not guilty in a criminal court.
And look at how OJ ended up. I wonder if a similar fate for Diddy?

OJ ended up dying at an average age of 76 surrounded by his family.
He was sued by the Goldman family and ordered to pay 33 million. He tried to publish a book titled "If I Did It", a hypothetical confession where he described how the murders could have happened. There was a huge public outcry and it was cancelled by the publisher. He had to sell a significant portion of his sports memorabilia collection. He was convicted of armed robbery and kidnapping and went to prison for 9 years.

Even after his acquittal, O.J. Simpson never regained his former reputation. He was dogged by financial problems, legal issues, and public resentment.

I think they will which is fair. Idk about the max but I see him doing 6+years but getting out of his behavior is good.

I will never understand how his family (children) stayed by his side.

Rumors that Combs was bi-sexual, so I’ve wondered if he hired the male escorts for his pleasure, too.

Wonder if Combs benefitted from having eight male jurors, who could sympathize with him.

The judge was ready to give him another 3 months just to wait for the hearing. I expect he gives the max he can.

Agree! Judge expected a harsher verdict, hence, no bail and likely a harsher sentence. Minimum 10 years (5 years x 2 counts consecutive).

As defense groveled and suggested Combs speak to him directly, judge said,
“You concede violence in your closing. Whether that's relevant to sentencing is not for today. But it can be considered on a bail application.”💥

+1 People in the music and entertainment industry like Combs have influenced a generation to think this kind of behavior and treatment of women isn't so bad or wrong. They have no moral compass. Just sex, money, and alcohol/drugs.

Why would Jay say anything; he hasn't said a word before this trial or during this trial? He's on tour with his family; he's not thinking about Diddy. Ye has other things on his mind at the moment. Australia just revoked his entry visa over his "Heil Hitler" song.
