If what they site says is true - United demanding that doctors fax and Mail copies of their notes before they approve treatments and United playing games with receiving them - it is absolutely infuriating. Also the part where insurance delays and delays so that out of pocket maxes for the year reset and you have to pay more the following year just to get treatments you should have gotten months ago. Ridiculous.
The United States is a 2nd world s hole. F US healthcare and the dbags who invented this $#itty system. The US is hanging on by a thread. Just the today I read a science article about how plastics contain 300+ chemicals linked to cancer. Everything we come into contact with in the modern world touches plastic. We now know microplastics are everywhere choking out the environment and at win our bloodstreams poisoning our bodies. But why can't we do anything about it? Because the petroleum industry blocks any rational attempts to curtail plastic use. Why can't we do anything about global warming that's ruining the planet and making areas uninhabitable? Because corporations stymie any attempt at responsible reduction in order to make sure they line their own pockets. Why can't Americans have affordable universal care where none of the BS he describes with faxing notes would ever be normalized? Because the insurance and healthcare industries block all sane reform of the health care system to ensure their stock price goes up and their CEOs have their 8th Porsche. The US is such a disaster and a dump. It is legal when CEOs and corporations kill us all with microplastic plloution, global warming, and games with healthcare. What a farce. |
This is the interesting thing to me. Given the descriptions of “anti-capitalism” we’ve been given by the police. His own family is the epitome of “capitalism”. Seems more like his grudge was with the health insurance industry. Specifically UnitedHealth But then that would still be odd, because given the family wealth they should be able to cover anything their health plan denied. I just find this mind-boggling. Given the planning and forethought and the specificity of his target. On a more shallow note— there is no debate about him being EXTREMELY attractive. Like “wow 10/10” level of attractive. |
Luigi comes across as bratty and entitled |
No, it’s because “ex” is shorter and more understandable for the majority of our poorly educated countrymen. |
Chilling. |

They should clarify that he was ex-“minor”

That’s what I was thinking. He stood out with the mask. Few people wear them these days. |
He parents may have bought him a $900k house. He sold it. He also had a job for a few years, it seems. |
You’re projecting your own prejudices. Not everyone thinks like you. And it is sad someone killed someone for no reason. |
| Pretty sure facial recognition technology of some kind that they don't want to reveal got him not some random McDonald's employee. |
Agree. |
| Is he going to be charged federally or by the state of NY? |
I see more than one person wearing a mask every time I go out. Not outside on the street usually, but on customers and employees at Costco, and other stores. |
