Palin is still all over the news. What the hell?
Go away already!!! |
Obviously the media enjoy covering her. And obviously there's an audience for her. Just ignore her if she annoys you. She's a politician. She's not going to just go away. Besides, Andrew Sullivan is going to continue to hunt her down, in the defense of American democracy. Of course, Andrew Sullivan calling anyone else "clinically unhinged" is truly priceless.

Since Obama prefers a low profile by now until the inaguration, the media looks for Palin and she is there, saying she would be honored to help B. Obama (hope he'll not invite her...!!!) |
Like it or not, she is NEWS!
|
And still great entertainment!
|
She will fade away soon enough. Give it time, it's only been a week since the election. |
I'm not a Palin fan, but you forget she is a pitbull and will not let go of her grip. She's going to milk the media attention for as long as she can get it. |
This is millions and millions of dollars in FREE PR... she is running with it! |
Did either Edwards or Lieberman go away after losing their VP bids? |
Palin's problem is that she is so inarticulate, even in friendly situations. Great speechmaker if she has a script to read from, though. |
Look - bottom line: She's FASCINATING for all of the wrong reasons. |
No kidding. And the fact that she's the first woman that's been on the ticket is somewhat interesting on it's own. And if you want to blame someone, blame the media who are contacting her to get an interview. People obviously care. If it bothers you so much, turn the channel. |
Are you joking? She isn't putting herself on the news - clearly, the media find her fascinating. Perhaps your question should be "Why is the media still so interested in her?" I don't get it. With the people who dislike her, she's damned no matter what she does. |
Second woman. |
You must not be old enough to remember 1984 when Walter Mondale ran with Geraldine Ferraro as his running mate. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geraldine_Ferraro |
