DP Giving Israel money, sweet heart trade deals and defense/offensive weapon systems while the US protects Israel will just continue the status quo. Israel needs to stop attacking all their neighbors, obey international law, give up their nuclear weapons, give up long range strike capabilities and address the Palestinians issue. If Israel did this Iran would not be a problem.

Not exactly. The deal has a provision that requires cessation of military activity in Gaza.

I don't like Israel either but the idea that giving Iran this much power is a good thing is viewing this as a binary choice when it simply isn't. It's not a zero sum game between Iran and Israel.

I remain baffled why Republicans continue to support Trump. We just surrendered to Iran for goodness sake. Trump has made the regime in Iran more powerful than it's ever been.

Any idiot could tell that Iran, a mountainous country of 92 million people with advanced drones and ballistic missiles, and a motivated core of religious ideologues, and situated on the most important chokepoint Strait in the world, is not going to be a cakewalk. Militarily, Iran is pretty much the most difficult environment there is. And if you don't want to put soldiers on the ground, the bombing is like mosquito bites for a country that is well prepared for it.
