Nobody is making you stay here. If you don't like how the site is moderated, move on.

That’s true. If the club does well and your DC does well, you want a club that will provide maximum exposure to recruiters AND will guide you through the process. My kid is still middle school but we have high aspirations.

Which clubs are getting maximum exposure and guiding you through the process? This sounds too good to me true.

"We." It should have nothing to do with you, sir or madam. It should be what your child wants, and only that, exclusively.

Your job is to assist your child in fulfilling their aspirations. It doesn't matter a tinker's darn if you want them to play D1, try and play professionally, or whatever. If your kid says they want "xyz" then you help them work towards xyz. This is not YOUR life, nor is it your sport. You are simply a facilitator for something they want in their life. The sooner you learn this, the better.

Thanks for the lecture. We appreciate your help.

Suit yourself. As a has been or never was, I should have known you would not listen. Be prepared for a reckoning some day.

NP, but thank you. I cringe at all the "we" and "our team" I see here. All the time.

Wasn’t same poster. Perhaps look in the mirror instead of lecturing everyone. Sounds like you’ve had your own bad experience.

Not at all. I am simply realistic about who is playing the sport at this time.

If you were not the previous poster, perhaps it should not pertain to you, and need to be addressed by you, unless you are part of the has been/never were crew who needs to live their sporting dreams through their child.

All that said, it's been my experience at Revolution that a lot of the parents are unrealistic and have extremely poor attitudes. Not all, mind you, but many do.

No the op but I think you read too much into the "we" or took it too literally. When my wife and I had kids I as well as her would say "we" just had a child even though obviously it was her but when you're together in a journey I think we is perfectly fine. As far as my kid i would say "we" have high aspirations as well because it is her dream and my assistance and support comes from us running together, us training in the backyard, us training at the field etc. Just because you know of those that live vicariously through their kids doesnt mean we all do.

Like i said, look at yourself in the mirror. The tone you use is exaclty what you criticize the other parents for. "a lot of the parents are unrealistic and have extremely poor attitudes." This is you talking and you sound exactly what you criticize the other parents for.

Which clubs are getting maximum exposure and guiding you through the process? This sounds too good to me true.

Stop looking for an argument. Take a deep breath and move along to another thread.

We all know that is every club. You keep trying to make VRSC look bad. That's your agenda. Fine. Nobody believes the things you keep putting up here. Your persistence in keeping this thread at the top with your conspiracies and attempts at building a narrative are having the opposite effect you want. The clubs that are in trouble are the ones that nobody is talking about. Keep up the good work buddy.
