False. They are here seeking asylum. That is legal. The problem is, not enough administrative judges to hear their cases in an expedient manner. This requires a legislative fix to hire the judges and fund their courtrooms. There was a bi-partisan bill to address this and Trump told the GOP not to pass it. Harris said she would sign it. Trump has made no such claim.
