I have a question about the Senate. Let's say hypothetically that we take the two Senate seats and the Senate is now 50-50. This makes VP Harris the tie breaker for Senate votes. Won't this bind her to the United States? She is the next in line and is guaranteed to run in 2024. If Biden is smart, he'll send her abroad to build her foreign policy experience. But if shes in Asia or the Middle East speaking with world leaders and doing leadership sh-t, she won't be able to break tie votes in the Senate.

I am pretty ignorant on Senate procedure and what not, so if this question is stupid, my apologies.

The senate is only in session 165 days out of the year (or something like that). Most of that won't be hotly contested votes. Kamala has plenty of time to do whatever else she wants/needs to do.
