Pretty pathetic to be following a youth soccer message board with no skin in the game.

I don’t want what happened to my kid to happen to other people’s kids. THATS WHY. It’s been a secret for years and now with all the changes it could happen again. I am giving them something my kid never had. A fighting chance To stand up to the political bull. You don’t like it tough, obviously your child benefited from the politics. Again when it comes to her and her followers (anyone she brings) ask questions be aware and make sure it is fair.

Ex-DA 04s graduating in 2022 are in a precarious position. Not only do they need to find a spot on an ECNL 04 squad for the 2020-2021 season, they need to find a club with great 03s graduating 2022, since they will be together for the 2021-2022 season. It is that second season that will be most important in helping that player actually earn playing time once they join their college team. Verbal commitments are only the first step in earning playing time on the collegiate level. To me, having a great training environment the year before going to college might be even more important than this coming 2020-2021 season, especially since coronavirus will likely impact the season.

Seriously stop being so dramatic. No one is a lunatic. This is about responding to a question posted by someone. Why didn't Bobby know, Why didn't Diane Drake say anything. This is not the place to call names and stir up unnecessary attacks on other teams. YOU dont know who is posting. You are making the same point everyone else is making... focus on your own daughter. Just like DDrake did. Your child might not be old enough or advanced enough to be on a team or be part of a club where the political tactics take place. The $$ and time spent on training makes the political tactics unacceptable. The ones in these types of positions should base their player selection on game statistics, game attitudes, and other personal observations. It should not be based on who can provide a spot on a team for her daughter, who goes to the birthday parties, who played soccer in Germany etc etc etc.....

Bobby lost his DA/Youth national team connections last year when he was removed from the Youth National Team coaching staff. His attitude towards players and soccer incompetence has rendered him out of the loop.
That is why he has been so quiet. It is not now and has never been his style to be quiet. He is an over communicator and thrives on social propaganda for FCV. He has been so silent because he had the floor removed from under him. He is now in negotiations to coach at Loudoun ECNL.

And Ms Drake has secured a spot for her Ex DA FCV daughter on an ECNL team. Ms Drake knew and took personal action. She is a mother, not an employee of FCV.

It seems you know what’s happening behind the scenes apparently. Where is Drake daughter going? If Bobby goes to loudoun Ecnl that will be the last nail on the coffin for fcv but I doubt it since loudoun Ecnl already announced their Ecnl coaching slate....

If you could waive your "National Team" flag around to get a perfect spot for your daughter - you would do it too.

That child should never have gone to those training centers. That is a horrible thing to say. If you are using your anger at soccer to target children then you have some bad karma in your way. People need to step back. If you kid can play soccer, there will be a team. I am sure all these coaches think parents are nuts.

Karma is what’s happening to FCV now because When that club made a deal with the devil herself they opened up the gates of every bad karma to come crashing down on them and that’s what’s happening now. After reading all the entry’s I heard is someone Calling a spade a spade and letting other parents know to beware when that child and that parent comes over to their club.

Does US soccer know she acts like this? Do people have proof? Don’t come on here and gossip, I am sure if that was happening many parents can attest to that behavior. If you know of someone representing US soccer and any of you have proof you should say something so she can be removed form her position. Or it’s just gossip but if it’s true That’s awful! and is an abuse of power.

Coaches at FCV were fine, they however didn’t stop the carnage.
