I’m so freaking tired of parents with 3+ kids complaining

I'm also willing to bet op looks down on Disney, cruises, and ocean city.

Not OP, but yes, all of the above are obnoxious. What’s your point?

I agree with this. My neighbor has four kids and the other day when we were talking he sounded genuinely concerned about how hard it is take good care of himself, since his kids take up so much of his time. He said he worries about his health because his parents had heart disease, and because his resting heart rate is over 100 bpm. He says he just eats as much sugar and drinks as much caffeine as is necessary to get him through the day. He also complains that it is too hard to make time to exercise since he has four kids. I really sympathized with him, BUT THEN he went on to say that they are getting a second dog (the first is a giant hyperactive Labrador), and they plan to get other pets too.

I mean come on! I stopped sympathizing at that point, since clearly his CHOOSES to take on the weight of all these responsibilities rather than prioritizing his own health and wellbeing.

I have two and I complain. I hear parents of onlys complain. I hear singles complain about lack of partner/ children.

Why shouldn’t a parent of 3+ complain?

My husband works out when one of ours does his sports. He has options to work out when the kids do or engage the kids and do it together but chooses not to.

I have two kids and I'm constantly complaining. I love them to death but its stressful. They are young and its been tiring. Cut people some slack OP and give them the benefit of doubt. Life is way too short. It goes by easier if you are compassionate and believe in the good of people
