LA Galaxy has a great program and I wish there was one here like it but again moron, elite teams across levels, i.e. youth, college, professional and national get outplayed one game and end up winning the next time the exact two teams play. When you make comments as you did before, you demonstrate a level of immaturity that proves that you are an adolescent or you are a complete moron. If you are an adolescent it is a shame that you are not an elite enough player to have led your team to the DA or ECNL nationals or US Youth Soccer regionals. If you are a moron, please find another pastime. Folks here are looking to educate themselves on the opportunities available to theri DDs and you stupidity takes away from the discussion.

They lost to a wildcard team. The fifth best team in their own division. This was LA Galaxy, not LA Galaxy San Diego. Don't start with the buts, ifs, or ands, can we be more realistic about what these coaches out here are doing and the BS they are filling parents heads with? Because driving to a gym plus not showing well is going to be a tough sale when parents finally put two and two together.

Lordy, now we are calling out teams for losing to other top teams. Wow. Especially since most of those teams are in the showcases or sitting at home.

And in the showcases, they are in lower tier's and play weaker teams.

In the age group I care about (2004), the only local teams to qualify for playoffs in either league were Spirit MD and FCV. ECNL is really poor in this area for that particular age group. Those are the girls who were the most screwed by the introduction of the DA two years ago and the mess that happened as a result.

2 local 05 teams qualified for ecnl playoffs and an 06. 06 won their division.

The ECNL MA is horribly weak. Please stop with this. Those 05 teams would be absolutely manhandled in the 05 DA division.

The 06 teams seems to be good, but hard to tell coming out of the MA in ECNL.
