Trump colludes with foreign dictator to keep innocent man in jail, solely to prove that Trump is above the law.

Now you've lost the plot. Europe doesn't like economic migrants. We do. We support refugees but we also were built by economic migrants. Most Americans descend from, or are, economic migrants. It's who we are.

Legal economic migrants who come through the front door.... not illegals who cross the border.

But that is not the point. The law is the point. And the law was clearly and repeatedly violated here with his removal. And it’s shocking how many people are defending that.

This.

If Trump can remove due process for migrants and declare anyone an illegal immigrant terrorist on his word alone, without needing to prove it, then he has removed due process for *all of us*, not just migrants.

People who enter a country illegally do not receive due process with paid for lawyers, and multiple chances and time in courts in most countries in the world, important to keep in mind. However, I agree with you, we have all these laws for a reason, they exist for all of us; it’s what makes our country different from most others. However, I wish most would agree that it’s best for anyone who brakes the law (once, felony or multiple misdemeanors) to be removed expeditiously.

The second man they now want to return to the U.S. reportedly has a cocaine history and if that’s true, I have absolutely no desire for us to spend all this money and time and resources on one man to bring him back, or keep him, or those like him, here in the first place.
Please deport, but yes, with (expedited) due process. Also, I would hope they provide a legal path for those families of mixed status or decades in the country, I’d rather the country focus on completely revamping legal immigration from the mess it has been, than spending all the resources and money on continuing to support illegal immigration.

Somebody should tell Erez Reuvani that. After they unfire him.

Yes, right now DOJ is prioritizing protecting the power of the president from encroachment by the judiciary.

Trump admits he hasn't asked Bukele to return Garcia. And his reason is that no one asked him to!

DOJ is just trying to do what they are told to do while following the law. Apparently, it is Stephen Miller who is in charge before Trump just said it's not him.

Great.

This seems like evidence to throw the DOJ lawyer in jail for contempt since he apparently never told his client about the court's orders.

Precisely. Either trump is lying or the DOJ lawyer is in contempt.

Stephen Miller told President Trump that Trump won at the Supreme Court 9-0. It's not DOJ lying to Trump, it's Miller.

Let's hold Miller in contempt.

I bet he caves on this, just as his admin caved on revoking the visas of 100s of foreign students.

Yes! He is the absolute worst of all, evil personified. I pray that he goes down in a big way. He has it coming to him, the evil MOFO.

And the judiciary is trying to protect the constitution from being shredded and burned by the president.

If you mean this, if you actually are against sending legal economic migrants to a concentration camp in El Salvador, then how are you okay with the imprisonment and deportation of the many Venezuelans who were in the US legally, applied for asylum legally, were awaiting their (legal) asylum hearing, and never broke and law in the US or in El Salvador.

If you mean what you say, answer this!

Get your facts straight. This guy had an order of removal, so nothing wrong with ICE picking him up and deporting him.
The only issue is that they had to deport him to another country.
