I hope not or they/u announce quicker so the rest of the girls can start to send emails attending other team practices w their team mates. Tis the season of change it seems |
nva is racing to the bottom. |
NVA hasn't announced anything re 2025-26 season ID sessions - assume this is bc they are waiting to hear about MLSN (or got into MLSN)? Just guessing here bc I am bored. |
I know they risk of loosing whatever talent they have in the u12 due to their disorganization. |
not just the 12s rest assured. Kids are already networking and posturing for roster spots w different clubs. |
I’m pretty sure they’ve had at least one internal ID session. |
I’m pretty sure they’ve already receive the MLS next confirmation and just waiting to play their hand at the right moment. |
Yeah those teams are all pretty weak except McLean. They are going to now carry the burden of trying to make The Onion (ie Fairfax Union) a decent team. |
you heard here first, nva east ECNL, nva mls next, dmv boys will be flocking to tryouts |

nva mls next dmv dominance |
Who would be getting MLSn, NVA or Loudoun? If they also move to GA, what happens to the alliance’s clubs in ecnl-rl? Have to assume they also leave that league. If Loudoun is the one getting it, NVA stays in ECNL? Curious to how it will all shake down. |
dont see them dropping ECNL. Best college pathway for girls. Maybe rebrand loudoun and keep NVA ECNL |
Best branding for college? For now but end of the day colleges want the best player. If one is preparing for pros a huge step above college level why would GA not be preparing one to make college team? Your stats will become obsolete in upcoming years. You act as if a GA player amd an ECNL player dont have the same amount of practices while going to school on top of the extra trainings needed to keep up. This stat about ECNL is the only way to play in college is so yesterday news. Soccer for girls is evolving just like these stats will. |
They are in a tough spot. They have to decide what is best for the club as a whole. If they don’t go MLSnext and another loudoun club gets it, they will lose the boys side of the program. |
