Exactly. For NB traffic zipping along to well-timed lights through Forest Hills, the backup is always at Nebraska first (note no streatery) then Military. It is the light cycle + people who do not know how to turn right from the right lane.

Cry more car brain. Cities are for people. Don't like traffic, take public transit or STFU.

Public transit includes buses - which are stuck in traffic. DC metro does not go everywhere. Many people in CCDC rely on the L2 bus. If you are a fan of public transit, you should want them to remove the streetery and install a bus only lane on CT Ave.

At this point, the L2 is like a 30 minute headway and totally useless for most commuters. Yes, it should be better, and advocates for bikes also support better mass transit. Sadly the pro-car lobby won out.

What happened with the petitions ? The owners of Rosemary Bistro and Eddie Cano had competing petitions they were touting , with the Rosemary Bistro owner also bolstering his with some nasty commentary.
