She first asks if there will be boots on the ground. Then she asks if those boots will include Israelis. It's obvious the first question refers to Americans boots. Not hard to understand.

Israel could not supply the troops. It is a very small country. Its active duty ground forces are only 170k. They would be stretched to supply 10k troops. They are occupying Gaza, Lebanon, etc.

Add in the West Bank and Syria. You're right. Boots on the ground means Americans.

Israel has never helped America in any of these conflicts. In fact up until the past year, they even refused to allow US troops to transit through Israel. That's why there are so many US bases in Arab countries.

Contradicting that last sentence he promised no boots on the ground last year in Ukraine.
