Did you people watch the video? She first asked about boots on the ground in general and then specifically asked about Israeli boots on the ground. At no point in this clip did she mention American boots on the ground. I’m sure you all want to read into it that way and you might be right. But that isn’t what was said and this is a misleading headline. This is the entire problem with the Internet people just spew out their opinions and everyone shares it uncritically.[/quote]

When speaking about Venezuela Trump said “ They always say, ‘boots on the ground.’ We’re not afraid of boots on the ground,”.    Until HE anoints a new leader.

As for Iran, he said President Donald Trump said he isn’t ruling out sending U.S. troops to Iran, stating that “Operation Epic Fury” was ahead of schedule

“I don’t have the yips with respect to boots on the ground — like every president says, ‘There will be no boots on the ground.’ I don’t say it,. ““I say ‘probably don’t need them,’ [or] ‘if they were necessary.'”

Contradicting that last sentence he promised no boots on the ground last year in Ukraine.  [/quote]
