I don’t think he has the attention span to read much of anything and it would not surprise me if he was functionally illiterate. But these are his people and they are the best representation of what his next administration is going to look like.

I don’t think he’s lying when he says he hasn’t read it. But the project was written by his people and it’s called the Presidental Transition Project for a reason. If he wins, he’ll hire them and they’ll start implementing it and he’ll go along with it because he can play golf, have immunity, and grift. The three things he cares about.
