Driving the news: Roe protected abortion rights in the U.S. under the due process clause of the 14th Amendment, and Justice Samuel Alito asserted that abortion is not included under that amendment. As a result, Thomas said that the court should reconsider other due process precedents such as Griswold, Lawrence and Obergefell. |

Of all the crazy s**t that happened between 2016 and 2021, this is the one that will probably never cease to blow my mind. The dude literally tried to get his own VP killed while he just sat there watching TV in the white house dining room. Tonight I brought this up with a relative who is for Trump and they said, that was three years ago! It is truly unbelievable people are willing to gloss over this. |
