tldr: She hasn’t “implemented….her plan” because the government that we have right now doesn’t work that way.

Longer version: Although now that Biden, as the sitting President, has immunity for pretty much everything, it would be great if he and Kamala could spend the next few months implementing some pretty major changes and pushing the limits of Executive Orders.

I did not watch any of the RNC. Full of negativity and instilling fear of doomsday if Donald is not elected.
