| trick question? |
| Well, the second one is probably on a block with 6 other houses that look exactly like it. so, I would choose the first one. |
First house is very nice. Second couldn't be blander, but it's in an area that's still mostly very small houses from the 50s. |
No this is what the block looks like for the PH house http://goo.gl/maps/cLnQH |
| This is like that kid's game Would You Rather...would you rather stab yourself in the eye with a sharp stick once or repeatedly with a dull spoon? |
What an ugly area. |
yes really ugly
|
| I think the well-kept 50s homes are much cuter than that brick thing. I'd still take the first one hands-down. |
| I think the first one is fine. The second is hideous. |

that street scene is nicer than the streets I have driven down in Pimmit right behind the shopping center with the Trader Joe's. That pic actually reminds me a lot of my neighborhood.
That Pimmit House, though, looks pretty sad - is it a tear down? I don't know - do people actually choose between these 2 options...EVER? (TTP vs. PH) I can see the pros and cons of both areas. |
Where is Rat Lady?

That's hysterical. First PH is awful because the new homes are next to crap shacks and there is no continuity to the area. Now PH is awful because all the homes are new and look just like that one. You're reaching. Really, really reaching. |
It's one of the better blocks in Pimmit, which isn't saying a lot. Here's the complete listing for the Takoma Park house: http://franklymls.com/MC8081550 The interior is a bit idiosyncratic, to put it mildly, but at least someone thought about making it interesting. The Pimmit Hills house is totally generic. |
You've left me no choice:
