Source is correct. We'll see, they feel improved but admit there's a lot of work to do. Two are from non ECNL/GA clubs that played up a year.

Loudoun tied VDA in their last two games so with new players coming in Loudoun should beat VDA this season.

Ummm you lost to Bethesda…….twice! ROFL. And you are going to win the Mid Atlantic division? I don’t think you could have even beat SYC and they are now combining with McLean. Virginia Union will win Mid Atlantic next year. Loudoun will be at the bottom with BRYC.
