He is a well regarded coach who recently left McLean for The Spirit. Any child would learn a lot from him.

It's a couple of pages back. But as for Henderson, all I hear is crickets. I guess no one knows anything about him, other than reputation. Which isn't always accurate. CW has a great reputation, but first hand reports seemed less than glowing.

Coachrs should coach. Leaders should set the mission and enable their coaches. Trouble with most of youth soccer is both think they can do the other and you get coaches making major decisions about the business and business making player development decisions. CW is a coach, and a good one. McLean has been a carrossel of business managers who appoint figureheads then don’t support coaches for years. And that’s their iproblem.

Terrific coach and yes he coached my child. He is tough but fair and your child will learn. Not great talking to parents but oh well on that as I don’t email or talk to coaches beyond anyearly meeting so not a big deal. This is bigger if you want lots of communication.
