Fairfax County Double Murder

Anonymous
The charges re: AP involve no motive element, just 2nd degree murder and use of a firearm in that act.

thanks for this. their statement is heartening, may justice prevail.

With all of the details provided in the article, it's too bad they screwed up on the lead to their story: they say that the trial is going to start on Thursday. Yet, it's only that the trial date will be selected on Thurs. Kind of undermines their accuracy.

They do say that AP admitted to shooting JR while he was on the ground. Again, she's going to have to testify in her trial to establish that while on the ground and suffering from a gunshot to the head, JR was somehow a threat to BB. In fact, according to AP's statement as publicized, she didn't say that she shot him b/c he was about to hurt BB. AP must have some REALLY fast fingers to be able to open a safe that is awkwardly located on the floor, spinning it left and right and left and right under great pressure to get it open fast. Think about how long it takes most teens to open their lockers! AP knew how to open that safe .... or .... was the safe conveniently left open b/c BB knew that the plan was for AP to shoot JR the second time to put her in the criminal acts with him????

The latter sounds more likely.

If BB had a plan, it would have been infinitely easier to keep AP out of it altogether.

Nah, more likely to maintain her silence otherwise and to date, she is the only one arrested, so, his plan is working well for him so far.

There is absolutely no way BB planned this to go down the way it did. If the AP was involved in the planning she would have flipped by now. Why would AP be involved and then admit to shooting Joe while he was incapacitated on the ground? Admitting to the police what she did is much more likely to happen if she wasn't prepared. Only way BB planned it to go down as some on this thread suspect is if he is capable of mind control over CB (contact Joe, agree to getting naked for some knife play), AP (shot an unarmed man on the floor then admit to the police), and Joe (suggest knife play, come to my house, hang out in the bedroom until I arrive).

Sorry to say it, but this Joseph Ryan guy looked like a total creeper. Who is to say he’s not some crazy incel who wanted to take out his rage on Christine? He did have “Harvard School of Neck Snapping” in his online profile after all. We really don’t know. Nobody does. If we did BB would have been arrested by now.

This whole thing still makes very little sense and all evidence presented so far has been circumstantial at best.

They might be able to put away AP on a technicality, but if they want to mail BB they will need something a lot more concrete and they know it.

Police still don’t have anything legit to put him away other than circumstantial conspiracy nonsense and they know that won’t hold up.

Acting like JR was some kind of innocent saint in all this is just as ridiculous as acting like BB is some arrogant sociopathic criminal mastermind. The fact is you guys don’t know. The police doesn’t know. Nobody knows except the people who were in that room and they aren’t talking.

What exactly are you suggesting he is guilty of? He was there to have consensual sex.

Is it so hard for you to imagine a scenario where the guy who brought the knife used the knife? I don't know what happened but to not be open to that possibility seems delusional to me.

Let’s face it. Most crimes are domestic related. It is just too coincidental that both BB and AP went to a gun range a few months before the murder AND they both bought new phones together AND they both happened to be there at the scene of the crime.

+1. There’s a lot of distractions with the fetlife account, JR’s sexual proclivities, and federal agent background. But the bottom line is that there was a husband who had an affair with a young au pair. And now the wife is dead and the husband and au pair wasted no time enjoying each other in the marital bed. Sure, lots of things could have happened. But human nature is what it is. The husband is usually to blame.

DP. I suppose anything is possible, but your scenario is highly unlikely. First of all, what was the motive? Second of all, JR was not in the house very long before the first 911 call was made. The AP says she left the house at 7:30 a.m. and shortly after returned to get the forgotten lunches. The first 911 call was made from AP's phone at 7:47 a.m. and the second call at 8:02 a.m. So that means that JR was in the house less than 20 minutes before the first call was made. What could possibly have caused him to start stabbing CB less than 20 minutes after arriving at the house? Doesn't make a lot of sense.

Let's also face, when a guy shows up with a knife and someone gets stabbed to death, it's usually the guy with the knife.

Seems to be working out well for BB so far. He treated her like a princess and in exchange got her "Last of the Real Ones" silence. They plotted it together. Practiced shooting. Etc., etc. She is young and dumb. And in luuuuv. Despite the pesky kid she allegedly was miffed if he redirected his attention to. I'll kill for you did a lot for her ego, apparently.

For sure. And communications likely promised exactly that.

The grand jury just says whether they go to trial or not, dummy.
