Nobody has said it yet but they found Christine naked with Joe. She willingly got naked. They would know if she was disrobed after she was stabbed.

Yes they said at the hearing that she was naked. We discussed here many pages back. The question was how/when/why?

Previous poster mentioned that JR and CB had discussed cutting off her pajamas in the chat and a pair of cut pajamas were found by the police. So they were clearly in the middle of the act.

There is nothing clear about that. The pajamas could have been cut beforehand and placed there by BB or AP ahead of time to stage the scene.

I think BB and the Au pair going to the gun range is significant. Maybe it was just a cute date (between a middle aged married guy and his kid’s babysitter, so cute, am I right) but seems way more likely that BB was getting the Au pair comfortable shooting to kill.

Wasn’t CB a nurse? I wonder if she worked long shifts and if so, if LE can cross check when the messages to JR were sent with her work schedule. (I guess this is assuming she wasn’t accessing her computer during her shifts at work).

If she was off work when all the messages were sent to JR, then it probably was her sending the messages. But if she was at work and her computer was being used at home, that seems like someone was setting her up.

DP. Joe's friend posted to that effect on social media. I do believe that is common when setting up these kinds of scenes, esp in a private home. It is likely that CB knew he was coming to the house. Per a recent hearing, CB and JR may have spoken by phone. However, JR was lured to the house under the ruse of an agreed to c*ck scene consented to by BB, JR and CB. The reality was more of a Mark Winger patsy set up, but CB and JR did not know that their deaths were the plan. Time will tell if the Commonwealth of VA charges BB and if they can make a case at trial if they do.

I thought I read they went twice then he went back separately to buy a gun, the one that she used to kill Joe Ryan.
