A few months back ITJ, Riley and Rose were talking about having enemies and while they didn’t mention Kane by name they all shared similar stories about a friend who doesn’t talk to them anymore and it wasn’t anything they did. Did anyone catch that? Well I don’t think Rose implied that but the other two definitely did.

I’m wondering the same thing. Erick was clearly upset today. As was the whole cast. John states he went to Kane’s house abs saw his family and dog.

Funny enough, the two former co-workers who are shitting on him are the ones who clearly have major issues themselves.

As IJ, Rose and Riley all readily admitted, the only reason all the Kane Show peeps have done so well after leaving his show (or after he left) was because of HIM. He was the one who gave them their shot. His willingness to hire them and mentor them is why they got their future job opportunities.

And then they essentially run him over after his death? That's disgusting.

Yeah, knda nuts to realize it, but it's true. His name attached to them gave them that huge boost. At least the grateful ones acknowledge it... He obviously wasn't a saint, but they owe their current careers to him.

Samy seems like a pretty low drama type, plus he was literally college-aged while on the show. He had a nice post and said nice things when he called in and John indicated they got along. Samy was also briefly on a podcast with Sarah but ultimately left. I thought he never seemed into it.

I thought about this last night... I hope John is doing okay. Going by what I've gleaned from their show interactions and their posts talking about one another, I know I would be having a rough time trying to process all of that if I were him.

In the end, it makes you wonder if the grudge, the feuds and the breaking-up of the friendship we're all really worth it... Because now you (John) can't talk it out and make amends. You just have to live with whatever you ultimately said and did.

Haha, Danni, whose father addict father abandoned her and her siblings, romanticized the hell out of “daddy’s” death. She acknowledged he had demons, but that’s it. Yet a coworker she didn’t get along with was an abuser that shouldn’t be romanticized. You know what Kane would never do? Abandon his daughters. She needs to keep the same energy because it’s clear her dad did a huge number on her mental health - much more so than Kane.
