ECNL and GA Friendly Scrimmages this weekend

The one scrimmage I watched, Loudoun led 1-0 and eventually lost 2-1 in a close match to Pipeline ECNL. It was extremely cold, so doubt anyone from ECNL was there.

Lol. Don’t bite. “Officials for ECNL” don’t watch games

Almost every ecnl club in the area had “call ups” to the ynt virtual camp. Virtual.

It was bad. Apparently ECNL officials came to see the game. There is talk of ECNL kicking loudoun.

Lol. It never ends

Except this time is actually serious and not just obvious. I was there watching the games and a handful of ECNL reps have no trouble on pulling the rug if they had to decide today.

FCV salivating and breathing hard right now. And rightfully so.

Yes, ECNL official went to watch a scrimmage in 25* weather to make sure the playing field was even against Pipeline, lol. Stop trying to troll, you are not good at it.

2009s - Loudoun crushed PSC 6-2
2008s - Pipeline only won 2-1.
2007s - Don't know score other than Loudoun it wasn't even a close game and Loudoun won.

I don't know the other results but willing to bet Pipeline won the older age groups.

What no calls up even for 07s or 09s?

Not very, scrimmage scores don’t really matter

It’s a feeler. Loudoun losing isn’t anything new or surprising.

I would like to add though that in non-scrimmages aka where scores matter Loudoun is still the Losing team.

Shocker!

Yes, Lund use Loudoun as a gauge. If you come in and lose to Loudoun, then you should probably fold as a club.

So every club with an 09 or 07 team should fold?

National teams participation won’t start for the 2007s until next year. They will be doing Training centers the first year. Playing on a good team doesn’t always result in YNT call ups.
