I don't get the outrage.

Cumming (sic) district is a disgusting, rat- and rodent-infested mess. If he spent more time in Baltimore, maybe he could help clean up this very dangerous & filthy place.

"Rodent-infested" refers to places, not people. Baltimore made the top 10 in rodent infestation. In other words, those living conditions are absolutely disgusting, and no liberal on this forum would trade his/her living quarters for a spot in a rodent-infested part of Baltimore.
