Which Dem can win general election in 2020?

Absolute No to Bloomberg. He’s 76 years old now (ie 78 come Election Day). Plus we need someone who can capture swing states not another New Yorker. Plus he’s not particularly likeable.

I would recommend: Tammy Duckworth, Conor Lamb (both military and would make an amazing contrast to Trump) or Beto, or Kamala Harris or Amy Klobuchar.

I understand that Bloomberg is old. No on the women (love them, but I want to win). Beto couldn't win Texas, how is going to win the US. I don't know Conor Lamb, but he has the opposite problem - he's just a babe.

There's no law that Presidents need to be septuagenarians. The Founding Fathers said 35, and that's reasonable to me. In fact, Reagan and Trump with their Alzheimer/Dementia behavior illustrate the perils of having such an old POTUS. I know I'd feel safer with my country in the hands of any of the above people, rather than Trump.

Me too! Which is why I want a ticket that has a chance of winning. I'm not saying that's not Conor Lamb. Of all these potentials, he has a better chance based on the fact that he's a white male and won his election.

Socialist Michael Moore says Michelle Obama can beat Trump in 2020.

I've been telling you people, kid's school was a dishonest excuse why they stayed in Washington. They're never leaving this town!

Biden and Bloomberg may be old, but they certainly don't look or sound like it. Biden has the across the board appeal that we need. Bloomberg is a centrist, he has a record of good governance, and he has a certain gravitas. I'd be fine with either one as the candidate. Both are honorable men who would defer to the VP if their faculties declined. I'd love to have a female VP, and Klobuchar would be a good choice. For better or worse, this is not the time for a far left centrist or, sadly, a person of color, if we want to win.

What about Tammy Baldwin? She just won by ten points in a Trump state...

The last time I saw Bloomberg in person was about 10 years ago and he looked old then. He’s 76 years old now and he looks it! Biden looks a bit more lively and has more blue collar appeal but again, he has too much baggage. We can do better than these two guys.

Bloomberg is a registered Indepdent. There’s no way the Ds dump their own candidates in favor of him.

Still no one?

-Hillary fan who understands, more than ever, that we are so far from electing a woman president

I love this combo too!!

I wish the Democrat women weren't so radical.
