Yawn

Campaign finance violations bore you?!

Not the yawn pp.
Do you consider campaign violations important? Because, Obama’s 2008 campaign was fined #375,000 for campaign violations. The largest fine ever.
https://www.politico.com/story/2013/01/obama-2008-campaign-fined-375000-085784
And, Bernie Sanders campaign was also fined.

Seems as if fines are ok for Democrats.... But, God forbid if it is a Republican you want THAT person prosecuted and jailed.

They prosecuted John Edwards for.doing what Trump did. So, no, fines are notnalways good enough.

Huh? What are you babbling about?

He paid hush money to his ex-girlfriend using campaign funds. He was prosecuted for that.

And the best part is that the National Enquirer was the one who outed Edwards. Trump thought they should've won a pulitzer for it. The owner of that paper is Trump's friend, and the one who paid of the other woman Trump had an affair with. Karma..it's a b1tch.

From the article you quoted: "But he added, “They’re also the first billion-dollar presidential campaign. Proportionally, it’s not out of line.”” Also, it seems like the Obama campaign made good faith errors. That extra 100 million from the Inauguration committee, where'd that go? And coordination between Trump's fixer and a lawyer only pretending to work for Stormy who was really also working for Trump illegally using campaign funds.... let's keep investigating.

And we want him fined for campaign finance errors and jailed for his treason.

Trump hasn’t even been fined yet! No evidence of wrongdoing unlike his predecessors.

May I suggest Logic 101?

Correct. And Trump thought the National Enquirer should get a Pulitzer for uncovering the story.

From what I have read, those “campaign donations” were illegal.

You’re so close to getting it.

So, the story goes:

1. it wasn't illegal but they wanted to bury the story because it made Trump look bad, bad enough to sway an election
2. buying off someone so that a negative story wouldn't sway the election is not trying to influence an election.

Is my Trumpster logic pretty sound?

I’m sure #3 has to be “something something Hillary” then you’ve nailed it.

Facts no longer matter.

Yesterday Cohen said to someone in the TV that Rudy does not know what he is talking about when he says trump has reimbursed Cohen. Now, according to Trump Rudy will get his facts straight!

https://www.cnn.com/2018/05/04/politics/trump-giuliani-facts/index.html

"He's learning the subject matter. He's going to be issuing a statement, too," Trump said of the former New York City mayor, on the White House South Lawn. "He started yesterday. He'll get his facts straight."

Once he arrived at Joint Base Andrews, Trump again defended Giuliani to reporters, saying he's a "special guy" who is just beginning on the job.

"When Rudy made the statements -- Rudy is great -- but Rudy had just started, and he wasn't totally familiar with everything," Trump said.

"We love Rudy, a special guy, he really understands that this is a witch hunt. He understands that probably better than anybody," Trump said on the tarmac ahead of a trip to Dallas to speak at the National Rifle Association convention.

Trump said again he was willing to speak with special counsel investigators but wanted to ensure he would be given fair treatment.

"Bottom line is I want to talk to the people in charge, if they can prove that it is a fair situation," he said.

Three ring circus!

Neither Trump nor Rudy had any idea what is going on. Just when you thought Stuoid Watergate couldn’t get anymore stupid.

I think they both knew what they were doing. This was a trial balloon to crowd source legal arguments.

They tried it and saw it backfired - and now they would backtrack.

How can a litigation involving the president run like this? This is craziest shit we would see in our lifetime.
Anonymous
Rudy failed to consider that the story they concocted walked Trump and Cohen into an admission of a campaign finance violation. This is what happens when you have two egomaniacs scheming in isolation without the requisite legal expertise.

Dumb and dumber

Trump actually is forgetting that he twitted exactly what Rudy said the next day morning. So, how can he claim Rudy does not know his facts...it is so disrespectful to people's intelligence. And I am mad that these reporter do not ask why he tweeted the same thing next morning and also which part of the facts Rudy need to get straight?

This was a scheme they both concocted and now Rudy would back track...
