Guess who hosts in 2030? Should the US qualify, what do you suppose will be the retribution?

I give up. What?

Did Mexico and Canada also ban him from entry? Why was he not allowed to referee games in those countries? Something is missing in the story.

The referee needs to attend the training in the US.

Okay thanks. In addition to Trump and company, I blame FIFA. FIFA had a heads up that Trump would pull something like this. All training should have taken place outside of the USA. Greedy bastards did not think one about the players, coaches, international fans, or referees. All they saw was American dollars, that appears kind of elusive right now. There are 180k unsold tix and fans adorn want to deal with Trump’s gestapo.

Yes, that was one of the Nazis’ harshest tactics: not letting foreigners officiate & attend soccer games.

They’re called hooligans. In the EU they’re identified with facial recognition and dealt with.

Scotland is in Group C and play their first two games at Boston Stadium. Check out the articles below about Scottish fans, called The Tartan Army.

“Scotland fans call themselves the Tartan Army. They once coordinated getting 200,000 people to Germany for a match, and now they will pack 250 fans into Hennessy's bar near Faneuil Hall before Scotland faces Haiti at 9 p.m. on Saturday, June 13.”

“The Scotland fans plan to celebrate for three hours and then head to the stadium in Foxboro in 12 school buses that have been chartered by the Tartan Army. They will be making a pitstop on the ride, but not for gas.”

"We're heading on down to the stadium with a stop at an off-license to pick up about 4,500 cans of lager to get us through," said Teevan. "I don't know how much will be back there on the way back. Probably not too much."

12 buses? Good luck to them. There is not a lot of parking at Foxboro Stadium.

Most US citizens don't care about the World Cup, and so many players, officiates and fans from other places will be stopped at the border even if they try to attend.

Gen Z and younger millennials are more hyped about it.

Spain is the main host in 2030, not Morocco.

I’m very hyped! - except for the matches hosted by Los Angeles, because they announced it may take several weeks to tally up each game’s score and determine a winner.

If tickets are available on a resale platform they’ve already been sold.

Two birthright citizenship goals for the US.

Folarin Balogun, born in New York to Nigerian parents.

People like JD Vance would say he's not *really* American when, in fact, he's the epitome of American
