She wouldn't be the first. Since I became a mom, my worst boss was a mom of three kids who never thought twice about complaining about working mothers. |
MCPS noted concern for its staff in its explanatory letter posted above. I get that it is impossible to believe that MCPS cares about its staff being in inclement weather. |
I mean, no school cares about working parents. And covid should have shown us all that. Best thing is to lower your expectation that the school is your friend. It isn't. It is there to provide education, and they have 1,000 other competing interests that they have to listen to and satisfy. Prepare for the fact that the school isn't going to satisfy every need you have and learn to fill in the gaps. |
That makes no sense since they told their staff to report on time |
MCPS doesn't operate before or after care |
Probably, but she didn't close beforecare, so I'm not sure what your point is. |
also accurate, but obviously they can influence whether the before/after care in their buildings open or close. |
are you staff? |
| Capitalism at its finest. Pull yourself up by your bootstraps I guess... |
It was in their public message. "Emergency personnel report on time and follow guidelines for delayed openings." |
Yes, and they manage it horribly |
Find another child care that is not inside a MCPS facility. Like now. Do not need parents (if you are one) such as this one in any of child care places that are in a MCPS facility |
You are psychotic |
He's really talented at angering his constituents. |
He's unelected and only cares about his next job |
