Why is ICE only going after the low-hanging fruit?

And "suspected ties" could be totally made-up BS from this lying administration too. We've already seen how they lie and distort with photoshopped "MS 13" tattoos and everything else.

Here's a guy who is not a terrorist, or a gang member, or for that matter even the guy that ICE was trying to arrest.

They are arresting RANDOM people.

The democrats have done nothing to indicate they are for the rule of law. They want to defund the police. They attack ICE agents for simply doing their jobs - and democratic law makers are among those doing their attacking. They are all for allowing millions of illegal migrants to enter our country. And I won’t even talk about all the unlawful actions Biden took - vaccine mandates, “forgiving” student loans despite a SCOTUS ruling that he couldn’t, extending the moratorium on evictions, declaring that the ERA was law in an EO - I could go on and on. The article should be equal parts about the ICE agents, who after all are following orders, and equal parts about the detained men whose rights are being violated. This is the United States. And yes, all people have rights.

They are not required to identify themselves to anyone other than the individual they are detaining, and only if it is safe and practical to do so.

ICE agents can arrest people in public spaces without a warrant.

That may be true, but given the new ICE arrest quota of 3000 per day, the optics of these tactics are going to eventually turn the majority of the public against ICE and potentially the Trump administration. It’s not a good look, even if it’s legal.
